I found this recipe on Eating, Etc and the picture looked so delicious, I couldn't resist trying it myself. And trust me, they are way too good (I'm eating one as I type... and its 10am!!) The combination of peanut butter and chocolate is absolutely unresistable in my very biased opinion.
1/2c butter, melted
1-3/4c powdered sugar
1c peanut butter
3/4c graham cracker crumbs (About 5 graham crackers)
1/4c butter, melted
1/2c semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
1) Spray 9x9" pan with cooking spray. The original recipe says to line it with foil, but mine worked perfectly with a glass pan and spraying it. Came out wonderful!
2) In small saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/2c butter.
5) Spread mixture evenly into pan.
6) Let pan sit in refrigerator for about 15 minutes before moving on to the chocolate steps.
6) Let pan sit in refrigerator for about 15 minutes before moving on to the chocolate steps.
7) In same saucepan, over low heat, melt 1/4c butter.
8) Stir in chocolate chips until nearly melted and very soft.
9) Remove from heat, continuing to stir until chocolate is smooth & shiny.
10) Spread over peanut butter layer (If you don't let the peanut butter layer set up a little, it will be really hard to spread the chocolate)
12) Store in refrigerator, or just eat the whole pan before it needs to be stored...
I've been thinking about how cute these would be in miniature cupcake pan with mini cupcake liners. You could make your own miniature peanut butter cups. Yummm...

I think someone should have a New Year's resolution to try as many different desserts as possible! I am sick of the same old not eating sugar. This sounds delicious and I hope you enjoyed them Adele!
PB and chocolate is one of my favorite combinations! Karen Beck made something like these for a lunch bunch a few months ago and I keep meaning to get her recipe because they were AMAZING! So I'm definetly trying these!
We had these last night for FHE with some friends, and we all LOVED them! My friend and I love the little bit of crunchiness of the graham crackers.
Amber- I so agree! I LOVED the extra crunchiness from the graham crackers in the PB. Mmmmm... I wish my pan wasn't gone because I really want one now!
