1 cube butter/margarine 1 egg 1 cup milk 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt
Here's my little helper with all my ingredients: Cream brown sugar and butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in paper lined muffin tinsBake at 400 for 12-18 minutes. Just watch closely. I use whole wheat flour and I love it, but it definitely decreases the cooking time. If you use all white flour, you will have to cook them longer. These are so yummy and I love having them for breakfast/snack throughout the day... Enjoy!
ooooo this one looks really good! matt mentioned that you guys might be coming to town? Just letting you know that we have a spare room you can have all to yourselves if you need a place to stay. We'd love to have you! I might make you cook at least one night tho! haha
I'm a stay-at-home mom who has a lot of recipes from friends and family.I love to cook simple things that taste great! My kitchen is never spotless and I can't cook anything without making a mess of the whole place. Welcome to real-life cooking!

I just made them. Yum. thanks!
And the shout out for the bread recipe comes from my cousin. She's a culinary genius and deserves the credit!
These are my faves, too. I was really sad when I figured out how many WW points they are. I won't tell you, so you can still enjoy.
